  The guy Lloyd is the owner and is terrible to deal with, besides never returning anyones calls, he strung us along for 3 weeks promising to do our remodel project on a house we were buying and then the last week to turn the rest of the items in to my mortage officer that she requested from him for over a week he goes missing in action the whole week answering no ones calls and cancels being able to do the job on the last day to turn the info in , causing us to miss closing on our house. No professional business sense what so ever!!!
