The crew arrived on schedule and quickly got to work efficiently. The teamwork was excellent, everyone had obviously done this many times and it was clear that they took pride in their work. They did a great job without damaging any of our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. A very professional, well organized company, including co-owners Jason and Aaron, the installers and the office staff.

Peaks was one of the few roofing companies in the area to be responsive to phone calls and quick to follow up. They were able to squeeze me in before a military deployment which was much appreciated. My house isn’t too big, so they showed up early and got the whole roof done in a day. Roofers were friendly and appraisal and office staff were professional and kind. My new roof looks great and I’m pleased with the warrantee Peaks offered on their workmanship in addition to the product warrantee. Through the whole process Peaks was transparent and offered great customer service. I would recommend Peaks to anyone in the Island/Skagit county area for their friendly service above all but also the quality of their work. Thanks Peaks!

Our experience with Peaks NW Roofing was a breath of fresh air. Prior to contacting Peaks, several other roofing contractors had inspected our leaky roof. From incomplete inspections to constantly changing stories about what might be wrong and how to fix it, we were losing hope that we'd find anyone competent and trustworthy. Enter Peaks NW Roofing. Aaron was promptly responsive, kind, straightforward, punctual, and absolutely professional from day one throughout the entire process. His inspection was very thorough and his insight into the situation highly informed. The team that arrived to replace our roof was outstanding. They had the entire roof replaced and finished in one day. The warranties that Peaks NW offers are beyond any other roofing company I've seen - we'll be protected for many years to come. Even after the process was complete, Aaron proved immensely helpful in helping us get reimbursement from our insurance company.
