  Do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their work. My husband and I bought a house and were told it was getting a new roof with a 25 year warranty. After two years, the roof started to leak and the company was called out. The owner accepted no responsibility for the leaks and told my husband that they were due to squirrels on our roof. So my husband did some minor fixes to hopefully alleviate the leaks. A few months later when it rained very heavily, the leak got worse. We called an emergency roofer to come out and apply a temporary fix. He explained that the problem was due to installation mistakes from Peacock Roofing and that since the roof was under warranty, we should call them to fix it. So we did. Again, the owner came out and accepted no responsibility for the leaks claiming it was the siding or piping he "didn't know". We know it was the installation of the shingles because when the emergency roofer came out and fixed it temporarily, the leak stopped. The owner of Peacock Roofing then explained that the warranty didn't cover repairs because it was not in our name (even though we went into Escrow two days before the roof was put on and the roofing company was made aware of that). The owner said he would not fix the roof for free and suggest we find a new roofer. So again I tell you, STAY AWAY! The owner is not knowledgeable or personable and God help you if your roof leaks because it'll be everyone's fault but theirs.

  I NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT TO PUT ON A ROOF WITH THESE PEOPLE. WE ALWAYS STAND BEHIND OUR REAL CUSTOMERS, BUT WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO A ROOF THAT HAS BEEN DESTROYED BY THE HOMEOWNERS OR OTHERS. IN OUR CONTRACT NUMBER 3 STATES THAT THE WARRANTY BECOMES VOID IF OTHERS REPLACE OR REPAIR ANY AREA OF THE ROOF. THE AREA THAT THE HOMEOWNER DESTROYED WAS NOT EVEN THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK WAS FROM HOLES TO A LEAD ROOF JACK FLASHING THAT SOME SQUIRRELS HAD BEEN CHEWING ON, THIS LEAD ROOF JACK FLASHING IS ABOVE THE LEAKING AREA. THE HOMEOWNER WAS TOLD ABOUT THIS SEVERAL MONTHS AGO HE SAID THAT HE WOULD REPAIR THE SQUIRREL DAMAGE TO THE LEAD ROOF JACK FLASHING BUT HE NEVER DID. INSTEAD HE COVERED UP THE STEP FLASHING WITH LOTS OF TAR. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT YOU NEVER EVER COVER UP STEP FLASHING WITH TAR OR ANYTHING ELSE THIS WILL NOT EVER STOP A LEAK THIS WILL ONLY CAUSE A LEAK. THE STEP FLASHING IS PUT IN FOR A REASON TO MAKE SURE THAT THE WATER DOES NOT GET TRAPPED IN THE SHINGLES AND WILL DRAIN PROPERLY. I HAVE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE THAT THE HOMEOWNER CAUSED AND THE CHEWED HOLES IN THE LEAD PIPE WHICH WAS NEVER REPAIRED. I TOOK PICTURES WITH MY IPHONE WITH THE DATE OF OCTOBER 8TH,2018. I HAVE RECEIVED 3 NASTY CALLS FROM THE HOMEOWNERS MOTHER ONE ON OCTOBER 8TH AND 2 ON WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 10TH TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM ME OR SHE WOULD RUIN MY GOOD REPUTATION. SHE FINALLY STOPPED CALLING ME AFTER I THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. I NEVER SAW ANY OTHER REPAIRS TO THE ROOF, ONLY THE MESSED UP REPAIRS. FYI THE 25 YEAR WARRANTY IS FROM THE SHINGLE MANUFACTURE NOT ME AS STATED ON CONTRACT. ALSO THEY DID NOT SUBMIT A CONTRACT ON THE HOUSE UNTIL WAY AFTER WE WERE FINISHED WITH THE ROOF. AND THEY DID NOT CLOSE UNTIL TWO MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE ROOF. THIS CAN BE VERIFIED BY THE TITLE COMPANY RECORDS AS WELL AS DCAD.

  We just purchased our house a year ago and they told us the roof was only 5 years old, but we noticed it had a small leak in the bedroom. We found some good reviews for Peacock Roofing in Garland TX on next-door neighbor. We called Peacock Roofing to find out what was wrong, they came out the next day and found the issue with the roof in 10 minutes. They where able to fix our roof in about one hour and the price was very reasonable. If I ever have anymore issues with our roof, I would call them back. I highly recommend Peacock Roofing

  It was a pleasure dealing with Barry and his office. He gave us an estimate the same day we called his office and began work 2 days later. This is the second time he has installed a new roof for us over a 30 year span. Beautiful install and total clean up. We would recommend Peacock Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or replacement.
