  I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my new roof. Everyone who I dealt with from the company was professional, kind, helpful and responsive. When work began they were timely, hard working, clean, courteous and kept me updated on their progress. They provided me with photos and cool drone footage of their work in progress as well as before and after pictures for my insurance company. They were quick with the job (5 days from start to final inspection) and when I spoke with our Town’s inspector during their inspection, he confirmed the job was done with quality workmanship and the method used on my flat roof was one of the best ways for a longer seal. I trusted my gut when hiring Paula Roofing and I am happy I did. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for any roofing needs. Quality people. Quality work.

  I am usually not the type to post but Paula roofing is a unbelievably great company to hire! From day one they are there to explain the process and responds very quickly when you have questions. I did my new roof with them and it came beautiful. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

  I contact their service for a roof repair. I had a nice experience. The service was fast and had warranty for 2 years. I will recommend their service to my friends and family. Make sure you read in the contract in case you have gutter and your gutter get damage you have to paid for the repair in the gutter. They would not be responsible for any damage in the gutter. It is going to be out of your pocket, that happen to us. They took out the gutter when we trying to put it Back did not work so we have to contract someone to repair our gutter.

  Thank you for your review, we apologize for any inconvenience. Our contract does state that we are not responsible for the removal and reinstallation of gutters. We explained that to your husband before the job began and he was ok with us removing the gutter. Your husband stated to us that he would re-install it on his own. We also called you to confirm that we spoke to your husband before the removal of the gutter. We got his permission to remove the gutter for the repair to be done. We remove gutters as a courtesy to our customers. We are sorry that he could not re-install it and you inquired additional costs.
