  Called for a cash quote job. Was given an outrageously high quote with a disclaimer that insurance will pay! That was after I told the lady that answered the phone and the guy that looked at my roof that I want to pay out of pocket. Update-- the letter does NOT state IF. Also if you are unable to give a cash quote why couldn't you say so initially. Your price is 10k above anyone else's!!! That's TEN THOUSAND dollars above your nearest competitor. I never said anything about waiving deductibles either, that was you. I want a new roof and want to pay out of pocket. However I'm not paying an extra 10k. That's insane

  Mr. Black, Our company policy is that no matter if it is a cash job or an insurance job the price will be the same. We do not give discounts for cash jobs. You asked for a quote and we showed up in a timely professional manner and gave you that quote. A quote is just a quote, if you don't like it then move on. There's no need to be so upset about it that you have to leave us a bad review. Also, the disclaimer says that IF it's an insurance job then you have to pay your deductible. There is a new law that states that all roofing companies have to put that disclaimer on the bottom of their estimates because it is and always has been illegal for roofing companies to "eat customers deductibles". Insurance companies are really cracking down on this because it is fraud and the roofing company and the homeowner can both be fined and the homeowner will be dropped from their insurance company if they get caught.

  They took charge and made sure all the work was done correctly and to the specs of the insurance company. We just enjoyed the results.

  I had no clue what was going on the entire estimate. was never told what they were going to do or not do. i figured they would do the remodeling on my home and had no clue they even did flooring. When i had another company who bid to do the floors paul threw a fit and pulled his workers from the job. Didn't even bother to tell me till a week later when i called and asked him if he was going to finish. his workers tore up walls when they were moving stuff out and did not repair them or doc them from the total bill he charged me. very unprofessional experience and happy i was able to find another company to finish the disaster they left behind.
