Staying at the Hoptel at San Francisco Veterans hospital. They have accommodated us in the new hotel. It looks great but sadly the heat system and hot water system fails to keep up. Tried to turn on the heat and got nothing. Waters been running in the shower for 20 min now and still no hot water. Ive stayed 3 different times in 3 different rooms and they were all the same, no heat and no hot water. The company that built this facility has no pride for the veterans who served this country. Im a retired contractor of 28 yrs and a Navy Seabee. (Naval Construction) of 8 yrs. I be ashamed with this quality of construction. Still Veterans Affairs awards them more contracts. Hey about fixing what you already built!
