I have a question for you: can you name a roofing company from which the owner will personally drive across the DFW metroplex just to seal a roof leak on a roof that that company did not install?  I can: Patrick's Roofing.  Because of the materials shortage and high demand for roof repair, my scheduled roof installation with Patrick's Roofing was about two months out, subsequent to the company's and my insurance company's inspection.  My roof only leaked once, but Patrick Malpass (the owner) wanted to make sure it didn't happen again before they installed my new roof.

This is my third roof from Patrick's Roofing over the last seven years.  And after three experiences with Patrick's Roofing, I would turn to no one else for my roof.  Patrick and his crew have provided yet another masterpiece on top of my home.  It not only looks great, but I know he only uses the highest quality materials and goes the extra mile to make sure it functions and provides the protection I need.

I dealt with Patrick personally over the phone and with him during the roof installation.  He was here for hours of the project personally overseeing the work and making sure it was done exactly as planned and agreed upon.  He took the time to go into the attic to make sure there were no pipes or gas lines close to the roof decking that could be punctured.  He made sure his crew combed the yard for loose nails after the job.  He offered to install two additional roof vents for added ventilation.  Add these things to the trip to seal the leak and you have yourself a man with a company that truly wants your 100% satisfaction.  And it doesn't stop with just Patrick, the owner.  His sales representative, Jerry, is very kind, takes the time to sit down with me and explain what damage he saw and what should be done to repair/replace every aspect of the roof.  Moreover, Patrick's crew was a pleasure to work with as well.  They were kind, professional, and worked diligently from start to finish.  I worked from home during the installation, so I had many interactions with them throughout the install.

April 2017 we had a series of hail storms come through the Little Elm area. My roof needed replacing so I called Patrick's Roofing based on my friend's excellent recommendation.

Before calling Patrick I had 3 roofing companies all trying to get me to hire them. All of them were very high pressure and doing all of the things I've been told to avoid. Mainly they were asking to see my insurance paperwork, asking what my deductible was, and they were telling me to hire them because they were "locals".

I could tell Patrick right away would be a pleasure to deal with. He was always professional and courteous. Phone calls and text messages were responded to promptly. I really liked how Patrick would say, "If I'm lucky enough to earn your business...". That made me feel really good about Patrick and how he runs his business. I needed a new roof and he knows he had to earn my business.

The entire process was very straight forward and pleasant. Patrick does a great job explaining the different types of shingles available and the benefits of upgrading. His roofs have a 5 year leak proof guarantee. After explaining to me his process and showing the material he uses, I can see why he faithfully guarantees his work for 5 years.

On install day, Patrick discovered the shingles that had been delivered were the wrong color. Patrick apologized for the very rare mistake and did his best to make it right. Within 30-45 minutes his supplier dispatched another flatbed tractor trailer with the correct shingles. His crew took an early lunch while waiting for the shingles to be delivered so it wasn't really time wasted. With the minor setback they were still completed by 4:30pm. I didn't feel like Patrick's crew was rushed in order to finish even though they were delayed. They did a fantastic job and my new roof looks and performs wonderfully.

Patrick's crew did a great job cleaning up after finishing. My yard was debris free and I have yet to find a nail anywhere around my house. They even used a leaf blower to clear my gutters of the shingle grit. I also have to commend them for taking down the numerous wasp nests around my house including one gigantic one under the apex.

Overall I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience. Patrick will treat you right if you give him the opportunity to earn your business.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Probably the best aspect is the owner. Patrick is personally involved in every phase of the job from initial inspection to final inspection once the job is complete. Patrick explained everything they were doing every step of the way and why and did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. That is a rarity nowadays.

The company guarantees their work and the owner will personally come out to do whatever is needed no matter how long it takes to ensure you are taken care of and satisfied. There were no surprises cost wise, they don't hard sell or try and up sell anything. Patrick will spend the time to educate you on any and every roof shingle type available without pushing you to buy any particular one. They have been in business for almost 20 years and absolutely know what they are doing.

The work crew they have is second to none. Extremely professional, good at what they do, pay attention to detail and treat your home like they were working on theirs. Thank you Emilio! One little thing they did that really impressed me was during the clean up the dogs water dish had gotten gravel in it from the shingles and at one point one of the crew emptied, cleaned and refilled the dogs water. It was a little thing but said a lot about the character of the crew. Thank you again Emilio.

Had my roof replaced about 2 weeks ago from this company.  I am very pleased of the work they performed and the care and respect they had for my house.  I had a rotted deck board witch they took care of and added to   2 new roof vents and a new dryer vent.  Top notch guys right here.  Locally owned and operated. I had my roof replaced the end of 2017 with Patrick's Roofing, because of hail damage. Before the damage, I would always hear critters scurrying around in the attic so I knew they were getting in somewhere. Patrick's fixed my roof and found where the critters were getting in and closed it up as well. They went above and beyond. While fixing the roof they found plywood that was rotted and replaced that as well. They did an amazing job not cutting corners! I had no more leaks after that, and no more critters getting in. It is still holding up nicely after 4 years.  I would definitely hire them again!

As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was nervous about getting a new roof, but Patrick's Roofing  made the whole process easy.  I had planned to get three estimates, and Patrick's was the second company I interviewed.  After meeting with Chris, the estimator, I knew I didn't need to go any further.  Chris took pictures of my roof and explained everything that was going on, prepared a detailed list of what needed to be done and patiently answered a lot of my insurance questions. He was kind and helpful.  On the day of the job, Patrick, the owner came to the job site more than once throughout the day and was available to answer any 'questions I had.  I so appreciated him. If you are in need of a professional, high quality roofing company, I recommend Patrick's Roofing.  I had severe hail damage after the storm we had on April 27th.  I talked with several companies and Patrick's salesman was the most informative.  Many wouldn't quote a price, just wanted to know what the insurance company offered.  Patrick's salesman gave me prices with different grades of shingles.  I chose the best and my roof looks fantastic.
His crew was on time and completed the job in one day.  They even made every attempt to get my satellite dish back exactly where it was.  Patrick himself spent several hours at my home supervising the work.  He went into my attic to insure there would be no interference with my HVAC system.  He added several vents to help air circulation at no additional charge.
He was honest and straight forward and answered all questions I had.

We have used Patrick's 3 times on multiple houses over the past 15 years and have been completely satisfied each time.  After our home was damaged by storms this summer, we knew this was the company to go with.  He personally checked into the job site daily (sometimes several times) and provided frequent update on the progress throughout the job.  His crew made sure to cover our pool and backyard landscaping completely, so that no stray roofing materials would damage anything.  They left the job site cleaner than they found it! I contacted Patrick's Roofing after having difficulties communicating with a previous roofing company.  Patrick personally came out to view the damaged roof.  He provided his insights, gave me the written estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. We had our roof done by Patrick's Roofing in Jun 2017. Everyone in my neighborhood is having their roofs replaced due to hail damage, so I have talked to many roofing companies. I called Patrick's because one of my neighbors had used him and recommended him. Patrick's quote was very reasonable and I chose him because of his reviews and Better Business Bureau ratings. Patrick personally scheduled the work with me and kept me updated on delays due to weather. On the day my roof was replaced Patrick came and explained what they would do, how long it would take, and took special care to check for AC/Water lines near my roof to make sure his crew would not hit them with nails. Patrick brought a larger crew than most of the other roofers in my neighborhood and finished my roof by 5pm. Most of the other roofers are working on houses well into the evening and some are taking two days. Once his team finished they all stopped and picked up any trash they saw. They even went to my neighbor's houses to pick up trash that had blown in to their back yards. I will definitely use Patrick's Roofing if I have any needs in the future.

Patrick replaced my roof in January of 2016, and I could not possibly be happier with the level of service and quality of work that was done by him and his crew. He was a huge help in dealing with my insurance company, he was very helpful and honest in his material recommendations, and the crew was very thorough when they cleaned up. I would place Patrick's Roofing in the top three businesses I have ever dealt with. Don't bother calling anyone else, call Patrick and have it done right!

I spoke with a total of five different roofing companies and had a horrible experience with another roofing company before working with Patrick's Roofing.   Patrick runs a professional company and has great and open communication.  I cannot recommend Patrick and his crew enough.

Below are some reasons why I chose Patrick's Roofing:

- I called Patrick, the owner, and he explained the whole process, including the insurance process.  Other companies kept everything a secret, and would not explain process to me.  Probably, so they could make the most money possible from the customers' ignorance.

- Patrick showed up to my house and oversaw the work being done.  Patrick takes pride in his company and wants to see first hand that work is performed properly.  How many other roofing company owners actually go on site to ensure quality?

- Patrick knew the names of the crew members.  He said the majority of the team had been with him for several years.  I spoke with the foreman, the sales rep, and some of the workers.  They all spoke incredibly highly of Patrick.  He pays good wages and helped his employees in different ways.  Patrick knows that if you treat employees well, they will stay with you, work hard and go above and beyond.

- Patrick provided me with a list of items to check when contacting other roofing companies.  This industry is full of scammers and dishonest people.  As I stated earlier, many companies refused to answer my questions and wanted to keep me in the dark.  Some also refused to provide a quote... and would only work with me, if they spoke directly to the insurance company.

- Patrick's pricing was among the lowest of all the roofers I contacted.

-  Patrick's quote included many upgrades for free, that other companies charged for.

- Patrick personally checked the attic to make sure electrical and hvac lines were not in the way, even though his contract waives any responsibility for errors made by the house builder.

- Yard was incredibly clean after work was done.

Patrick's team is very professional and they know the roofing business. My roof was completed in one day and they did a terrific job of cleaning up. I love my new roof! Patrick added two wind turbines and installed new upgraded vents. Please call Patrick's Roofing if you want perfection!

We had hail damage about 2 months ago.  Patrick's Roofing came out right after we called them.  Their price was best of our estimates and the came out right away.  They literally finished our roof in one day!  Guys were professional and did an excellent job.  Patrick even came onsite and oversaw the whole process himself.  That's not typical these days - that level of owner involvement.  He even helped us get the paperwork done for our insurance company to document the Type IV shingles we used for our yearly insurance discount.  Great job to all the people at Patrick's Roofing. With the recent hail damage throughout the area, I need my roof replaced.  Patrick gave me a fair bid, and I chose to have him do the job.  I am very glad I did.  I am extremely satisfied with the results.  I was kept appraised of delivery and start dates, even with the rains we had at the time.  The job was very well done, the lines and edging look very crisp. When the crew left, my yard was completely clean of debris. I have a local printing company which has allowed me to get to know more than 25 area roofing companies. Getting to interact with these roofing companies gave me a unique advantage in so that I became knowledgeable of the owners before I needed my roof replaced. Storm came through North Ft. Worth and hail damaged my roof. I decided to call Patrick's Roofing and found out that due to running a single crew they wouldn't be available to replace the roof for another month and a half. Patrick runs one crew and is on site at every job to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. I decided to proceed and sure glad I did. Gary was a great help getting the details worked out and Patrick and his crew replaced the roof right when they said they would. Communication was excellent and the final product was worth the time to write a review. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PATRICKS ROOFING!

Details, details, details--Patrick and his crew must have invented the word. It's not just about replacing a roof--it's working with Patrick, the company owner, during all phases of the roofing process. He prepares a detailed contract specifically stating what is provided along with a cost that never changes. My yard was cleaner when he and his crew left than when they arrived. No use to use Patrick twice if he wasn't the best among the rest. No need to call anyone else.

I would give Patrick Roofing a 6 out of 5 literally because they excided my expectations in many ways. The job they did was impeccable.

Every thing Patrick said was done and even exceeded. Even dough he quoted a roof with paper undergarment because I requested, he put synthetic undergarment at the same price.

When they left the front and back yard looked like they never were there, super clean. The crew is excellent too.

In 2007, I had a back porch added onto my house.  In 2010, I was referred by my Insurance Agent to Patrick's Roofing who was the only one able to stop a leak  where it tied into the house.  I kept his card just in case I would ever need it and referred others to him thru his business card based on my positive experience with this team.  Being a single woman homeowner, it is  the trust as well as the work that is most valuable to me.  After the hailstorm this past December,  I contacted Patrick's roofing once again and was not disappointed.  His professional team quickly replaced my roof between rain storms and came up with a solution for my back porch roof where  I will not have to deal with a drainage issue again. Having heard horror stories about other roofers and roofing companies, it is GREAT to know that we found a company that believes in doing business the right way with honor, respect for their customers. Patrick installed my roof in 2012. It has never stopped leaking. It is still under his 5 year guarantee. He has been out several times to repair it starting one month after the job was complete. He claims each leak is in a new area and he fixes the leak at the time. Saying that.... it continues to leak constantly. I am very unhappy with my decision to use him for our roof. I have ceiling damage throughout my home from constant leaks. Water is constantly leaking inside my home. This is not good.

Roofing leaks are very rare for my company but unfortunately every roofing company has them from time to time. I have honored my no leak guarantee by responding quickly and fixing the leaks. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Seamless process from the inspection & quote with Jerry, up until the job was done. The team was here 730 on the dot as promised, the supervisor Marco was here from start to finish, and Patrick stopped by often throughout the day to check in and speak with me. I couldn’t believe how well they cleaned up after the job too.. pretty sure my yard looked even better than before. Very happy and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

When you meet Patrick, you can't help but wish that he was also a car mechanic and HVAC technician.  Nowadays, it is a rare occurrence to encounter someone like Patrick (and his team) with as much integrity, professionalism, and honesty. Great Great job!  Patrick's Roofing was on time, perfect work, their clean up was perfect and they kept me posted through the entire job.  I would recommend them before anyone else.  They also added a couple vents to my house at no extra cost, since it was the right thing to do.  Again, great job, great quality, and a great price.

I put several area roofers through the research gauntlet before selecting Patricks. He's the only owner running a single crew (so you know you get solid/reliable guys doing the work every time) and who comes out to the job site multiple times to make sure everything is going as planned. He even called me several times during the sales process to make sure all my ridiculous questions got answered.

His prices were not the cheapest, but given the quality materials he uses, he was definitely a value. After a rebate for advertising (putting his sign in my yard), my deductible was covered and then some.

Don't settle for anyone who just offers to help you break even. Patrick's sales rep didn't want to see my insurance paperwork until after he had given me a price estimate (so I'd know if I was being taken) and Patrick wouldn't take my money until the job was done to my satisfaction. Stop wasting your time with giant corporations who could care less or fly by night operations who won't be around next Spring - call Patrick!

One word describes my experience with Patrick's Roofing...SUPERB!  Superb response to my initial phone call, superb same day estimator visit, superb two days later roof repair!  This is the company I will go with for all future roofing activities.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes although it's rare I am so busy with full replacement roofs because of all the referrals and happy return customers that I get I just don't have the time for small repairs. Good luck to you!
