  This company is EXCELLENT!! Patrick and his team were so easy to work with. Great communication, clean crew of guys, and project was done super fast! They were always on time for meetings and walk throughs. The crew did all they could to make sure the rest of our house stayed clean and dust free during the project.

  When I started looking for a contractor to demo and remove our second story deck I had no idea that all I needed to do is contract Patrick Miller Construction and that I would be so delightfully pleased! Adriaan came to our home the next day and gave us an estimate quickly. We were very comfortable with him.  Instead of feeling like he wanted to sell us something, we felt like he was genuine in his efforts to help us.  He came to our home several times during the project to make sure it started, was progressing, and finished properly. The crew did a great job! They were very meticulous, took care of our property, and cleaned up when they left.  Deck is gone....not a sliver left in our yard! Patrick delivered the dumpster the day before and took it away the next morning on a Saturday! Our neighbors had their roof replaced by another company and the dumpster was left in their driveway for over a week! If you are looking for a company that is excellent at communication, trustworthy, and gets the job done right and on time... look no further.  Patrick Miller Construction successfully earns their good reputation, one satisfied client at a time!

  Patrick responded quickly to my request for a quote on the project. He was quick to set up a consultation and knew exactly what I was trying to achieve for my project. The quote was very reasonable and his enthusiasm for the job sold me right away. He was patient when the city of Saint Paul needed more documents to approve permit. The project manger and foreman Phil and Ben were great to work with. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. The end result met and exceeded my high expectations.
