  I made an appointment with Parliament for a roof replacement estimate. The salesman came on schedule. His first question "could I make financial decisions on my own?" That, to me, is insulting. I should have shown him the door right then. He proceeded to give me the sales pitch. He gave me a price (which was more than twice what the next company quoted). He told me they would finance the job. I balked when he gave me the monthly payment amount (which over 7 years would have doubled his roof quote). He then called the office and somehow got the monthly payment reduced by $400 a month-for the same 7 years. Then insisted that I confirm that day so they could keep their crews busy. I have a very low pitch roof that can not accommodate shingles-the material he showed me that they would use. Never once did he look at my roof or take any measurements-he just came up with a price and wrote it on a pad of paper. When I asked for the sheet, he refused and told me to take a picture of it with my phone. I have had two other companies come out. They both got up on my roof and have sent me detailed written estimates. .Both estimates were more than $10,000 less than Parliaments estimate-and both have higher ratings. I would say stay as far away from this company as possible.

  On 1/3/22 we got an estimate for a new roof to bring down cost of homeowners insurance and avoid getting dropped. The salesman made a lot of promises such as a lifetime guarantee and savings on our homeowners insurance. We signed a contract. I had some reflags going off in my head but was not worried because the contract stated we had 3 days to cancel. On 1/4/22 we were awakened to what sounded like a hurricane at 7am. They were ripping off our roof!! What could we do at this point? They left a lot of nails all over so we had to hire our landscaper to remove the nails because after several attempts they could not get it done. It cost us $175.00 which they were supposed to refund. Haven't received the money! I was suspicious about things not being done correctly so I called Pasco Permitting. Come to find out they never pulled a permit. A large company like this not getting a permit? WOW not legal. We went back and forth with Parlament and I finally put in a complaint to the BBB. Amazing the permit was pulled the next day!! Now we still don't have a passing County Inspection because permit number is supposed to be photographed along with the address on a paper on the roof as the work progresses. Obviously they could not do this because there was NO PERMIT. Now, the county told me they must have an engineer come out and submit a report to the county, reorder a county inspection and get it passed hopefully. We need an updated Wind Mitigation and a refund of our $175.00 We have asked to speak with Matt the owner. He never called us. Apparently he doesn't care about going by the laws, the book or about his customers as long as he gets his money!! We do not recommend Parlament Roofing, they will totally stress you out.

  I'm not that person that do reviews but this time I had to to a bad reviews to this company the office they don't comunicate with the costumer they suppose to call me to give me a rate because I what to refinance the roof and they started the job in my house without telling me the rate they were going to give me when I call them it was to late they have arrived at my house early in the morning i was working. I had to leave my job that day to get home before they get there but it was to late they had start the job in my roof .And the first thing I told the seller was I don't want to start the job until you guys give me the rate.. I had a horrible experience with this company. Before you get this company to do a job in your house please get a Quote"from other company. That communicates better than this company.
