  Our roof was damaged by the 4/15/21 hailstorm but after the other guys submitted our claim it was denied twice by our homeowners insurance. We had given up after the months of trying when a neighbor recommended ParaTex and introduced me to Kyle. They brought in the services of a Public Adjuster who was able to prove the damage to our insurance company and have them cover the replacement. They then scheduled the job and finished a complete roof replacement in one day. They came back the next to double check the final clean up and left the place in pristine shape. I was surprised by their professional and prompt service. It is rare nowadays, so I would and Will highly recommend these guys to anyone needing exterior work...

  Paratex Roofing is A+ in our opinion and recent experience! Kyle was our contact person salesman and roofing Supervisor from the first phone call until the last shingle and installation completion. We had and still do to communicate regarding other business final payments and more work with referrals. The roof looks so beautiful and perfect! The crew was very professional efficient and they got the job done in one day!!! Very impressive in comparison to other roofers that we’ve seen in our neighborhood . Our neighbors had this team and we were so impressed with the quality of work in one day too, I asked for their team and called immediately. We must of had 50 roofers come to our door soliciting for work and we did not trust that approach. Seeing is believing! Kyle is so responsive to any questions it’s a refreshing change for today’s fast paced world. Thank you Paratex you’re all appreciated and superb. Tom and Jackie

  I had a leak in my roof and was referred to Paratex by a friend. Kyle, who was very kind and professional, came out to repair it. He did not charge me anything and even fixed my fence gate while he was there. I was very impressed by the level of customer service as well as the efficiency at which he completed the repair. I would not hesitate to use Paratex again and would recommend them to anyone!
