This is an update to an earlier review that I left for Paramount. In my earlier review, I mentioned that Kim, the salesman that I interacted with, was very professional and considerate of a health issue that I have. The installers of the gutter guard system worked neatly and quickly, and did a nice job of making sure that you didn't know that they were even there. The problem now is that the issue that I mentioned in my earlier review, water overflowing the gutter in one area of high flow, is still not resolved after 7 weeks of emails and requests. I have emailed Kim several times since August 13th, and he has responded with notes to say that he will address my issue with the production folks and get back to me promptly, only for me to hear nothing regarding a fix. I emailed him again 6 days ago, and he said "I will address this again today and will get back to you promptly" (this is a quote from his email). I didn't hear anything from him this week regarding my issue. This tells me that Paramount is not a business that cares about customer satisfaction, only that they want to get their money and move on to the next project. I have several projects that I need done around my house, and I initially considered asking Kim to give me quotes on some of the work, but I will not now. I am not interested in working with a company that is not interested in doing the job completely and thoroughly. Tread carefully with Paramount and make sure that you try to get some sort of satisfaction assurance with them before you start any work.

I specifically asked if the "customer service" job was for door to door sales when they contacted me. They said no and that it was just setting appointments for the sales reps. Definitely not the case. I wasted my time going to their office which is 45 minutes from me then filling out an application which took 25 minutes. Lastly, the interviewer was rude and gave me little to no opportunity to speak. Every sentence I started, he cut in and tried to finish. Just to finally get to the point that this was indeed a door to door sales job. You're trying to obtain customers by knocking on doors and basically saying "my company can fix that" when you see issues going on at homes that need attention. There really has to be a better way to market than that. Smh

Sorry if you had a bad experience during your interview process they should have explained to you this is an outside marketing position setting appointments for our sales department to visit with homeowners to give them estimates for our product services. But there is no selling of products in this position. We wish you luck in finding a career in the field you are interested in. your comments and review are appreciated

Had new siding installed just over a year ago. The experienced contractor was a 15yr old boy and his brother that occasionally was there. Neither had ever installed this type of siding before. Now the siding is constantly falling off the house even after being "repaired" at least three times already. The fit and finish is very poor with gaps around the end of the siding, and pieces are just loosely installed around the top. I would never recommend this company for any work, which is a shame because it is actually a nice product.
