We got a quote on a 26x26 carport and they agreed to build it within 30-45 days which they did so I'm very happy about that.  The carport looks great and hopefully will last us many years to come.

We hired Paradise Builders to replace our windows, doors, and soffit/fascia trim. Brent, Justin and their crews were fantastic every step of the way. You can tell everyone involved takes great pride in their work and does a fantastic job. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our house turned out and will not hesitate to use them again in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

Paradise Builders installed windows in my house and they did an excellent job.. The crew that came and did the work was top notch and I have been extremely happy with the job that they did and the windows that they installed,, they have greatly reduced my heating cost this past winter and they work just as they are supposed too.  Would not be afraid to suggest them to my friends.

On 06/23/2020 we signed an agreement with Paradise Builders to install siding on our house and garage.  Per the agreement the job would begin 45-60 days from the date the agreement was made.  We were told the job would take 10-14 days once started.  I contacted them on day 70 and was told that we were not even on the schedule yet.  I called again at 90 days and Brent (the owner) advised that they would have someone over the next day to take the gutters and fascia off, so then we would be that much further ahead when they were ready to begin.  I raised a concern about rain and not having gutters and Brent assured me it wouldn’t be an issue.  It was an issue since they didn’t start the project for more than a month.  They finally started the project on November 10th (day 141) after setting us back again because of “another customer’s job that needed to be taken care of”.  I was again assured it would be between 10 and 14 days.  On day 10, they pulled our team off because once again “another customer needed their job taken care of”.  This was not communicated to us until the next day.  When I called to let Brent know I was disappointed his response was to yell at me.  He asked me multiple times “if I was happy that I called to give him grief” and “if I was happy with the result of my call”.  The call ended with me saying, “I hope we can get this job finished before the end of the year”. Brent’s response was “just for that, we won’t be back to your house until the end of next week” and he hung up on me.  They worked on Thanksgiving Day and then not again until the following Monday.  I was told repeatedly “we will be done tomorrow”.  On Friday December 4th Justin Lane (the salesman) was here to check on progress and assured me they would be done that day.  He also started talking about final payment at that time.   I told him I didn’t believe him, and I was right to doubt it because they were not done.   They finally finished up on Saturday the 5th.  The company then called twice a day every day trying to collect on the balance owed.  We paid within a week.  We have paid in full and the siding is done; however, this company does not deserve an A+ rating with the way they treat their customers.  We were lied to repeatedly and made to feel small and insignificant more than once.

Edit:  changing from vinyl to steel did set us back. Not quite 30 days, but even if it was that still means we started day 121...not day 60 as stated in our contract. It still took 27 days to complete a 14 day job. Mike was NOT Understanding, he was just more aware of how useless it is to talk to people who do not have a strong positive relationship with their customers. The appreciation here only goes one way. If you want a company that will lie to repeatedly and let you know how unimportant you are as a customer, I highly recommend this one. And with the response, knowing that he has unhappy customers, did anyone hear an apology?

Mike Terrell was a pleasure to work for. We had some several delays do to Covid that was out of our control. Siding materials went from 2 weeks delivery time to 8 to 12 weeks. Manufacturing across the board are having similar delays. I conveyed this to the Terrell’s.
The Terrell’s changed from vinyl siding to steel siding only a hand full of days before starting their job. This delayed the start another 30 days. Not sure why Karen omitted that here.
I had to borrow their crew for 2 days. I called Mike and explained the situation and he wasn’t thrilled but understood. Karen called 5 minutes later and was angry. I tried to be polite and end the conversation because I was late to a closing. She was upset because I couldn’t speak with her about the issue. She kept speaking when I explained I needed to go...finally I had no choice but to hang up. After this incident I only spoke with Mike and we completed the job asap.
I only hope in time that Karen understands that if I could have changed anything to make things better I certainly would have.
I appreciate their business and hope the very best for them.

After thinking about what Mrs Terrell stated in this review I must set the record straight. I have counted 8 untruths quoted by Mrs Terrell. Anyone that knows us on a personal level or business knows one thing 100% is we are ALWAYS truthful. I’ve been in business 36 years and this is my 2nd negative review. We’re not perfect by any means but we certainly try our absolute best. We are a family business that average completing 15 to 20 homes a month. We work very hard and we treat each customers house like it was our own. I 1st was going to take the high road and not reply to Mrs Terrell statements. It’s difficult to move past something when you know in your heart that simply wasn’t the case. The 1st time Mrs Terrell called in and we were discussing start times I informed her it would be several more weeks. She got upset about this and I explained to her then that I was always honest and I couldn’t tell her something that I couldn’t do. I may be this or that but myself or my family members associated with this business never lie to anyone...period. I’ll be glad to discuss this particular job with anyone and set the record straight. I care for each and every customer I’ve ever had. I’m very consistent in that and always have been. This situation was unfortunate.

If you are looking to put siding on your home, look no further because these guys are the one you want. The product is high quality and comes with a great warranty and you can be confident the crew has lots of experience and will do a superb job! The estimate they gave us was very competitive and there were no surprises on the final bill. The owner, Brent, was very polite and friendly to talk with over the phone. We spent most of our time working with Justin who did the estimating, sales, and project management and he was such a great guy to work with. I even spent a few moments talking to some of the crew and they were friendly and could tell they cared about the quality of their work. The comments continue to pour in from neighbors and family and it makes us feel great about our decision to hire Paradise Builders. Finally, being a local business means they will be here when we need them again; I hear they do a good job with windows too!

I was the First one that Paradise Builders did a Log Siding on. They had to go through some training for the installation. My Home now looks Amazing! Brent and Justin were in contact with me constantly over anything and everything. His crew definitely knows work ethics. I will definitely use this company again when I get ready for my green metal roof!

Crew was very courteous, polite, professional and clean. Picked up all trash.  They got on site when they said they would and went right to work.  This particular project was replacement windows in my home.  Nice, quiet and no drafts-the temperature throughout the house is  balanced now . I was pleased with the delivery time as these windows are made to fit exactly when ordered and with the hurrricane damages along the coasts I figured manufacturing and delivery to be much longer. I  already have another project in mind for them.  I highly recommend these folks.

Bill had a unique front window. A double window with transom above all mulled together and with divided lights. It was one of the most beautiful outcomes with windows I’ve been a part of. I really enjoy this business and it was a pleasure to work with Bill and his family.
