  I had this company come in for an estimate on a luxary home that I own. They promised the estimate to me in a few days. As it was important for my insurance company I did not get it. Then I was promised it a second time within another few days. I did not get it. And then I was contacted and told they were "going on vacation for 2 weeks in Florida and if I was still interested in the estimate to let them know". REALLY??? That was unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete disregard for my value and time.
