  We had wind damage from one of the big storms, and talked with 3 different contractors about our roof and dealing with our insurance company. Palmer was the only one who gave me information about working with my insurance company even before coming to inspect my roof. The company had the best customer service and communication of any construction company I have ever delt with. The honest communication would make me recomend them to anyone who asked, but they also delivered a great product, and their crew was respectful, professional, and fast. This is a Great company.

  Windstorm tore up my roof, got 5 quotes and Palmer Construction came out on top. They have great product, crew is professional and great to work with. They are willing and able to work with insurance companies directly in clients behalf. I had a couple delays due to weather, but they left my house in better shape then arrival (roof), and my yard in good shape! They cleaned up behind themselves better then roofers I have had in other locations. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

  Gil and the whole team at Palmer Construction really were fantastic to work with! The company overall has excellent communication, they were transparent and helpful through the whole process, their prices were competitive, and I felt cared for from day 1. I would highly recommend working with Palmer Construction for any outdoor project. They truly are first on my list for my next update to the house! The crew were very polite and thorough to every detail and Gil really does go the extra mile to please and help the customer. I LOVE the new roof and for the first time after dozens of repairs done by others over 15 years and not finding the problem, these guys did the job right and my roof does not leak!!! You won't go wrong with Palmer Construction. I'm so thankful that I found them online. There aren't many companies that know metal roofing like Gil's does and they use the best materials explaining every step and why.
