  Paitson is obviously quite good...but onl y if the consumer wants to replace the whole roof. They weren't available to evaluate a problem.

  Hi James; As discussed on the phone, with our current backlog of work I was not currently bidding repair work. Unfortunately as a small business we only have a certain amount of time and employees and aren't able bid every single project we get a call on.   Paitson came to my home to give me an estimate on my roof. Everything was explained and a day or two later I received the estimate which was pretty close to what I thought it should be. They had to order the shingles I wanted, but they came in pretty quickly. Scheduling took about two weeks, since I’m not their only customer. The crew showed up at the scheduled time, and proceeded to rip off my old shingles. I noticed that they only ripped off what they could replace that day. My roof was never left unprotected from the weather. The entire job took 3 days, and so far, I’ve not found any loose roofing nails on the ground. So, yes. I would definitely recommend Paitson and Son for your roofing needs. My new roof looks great. And, oh yeah, they found some broken wood up there, and replaced it at no charge to me. Good job!

  They had a great price (roughly HALF of what Honest Abe wanted to charge us!) and the roof is great quality. We had 3 or 4 layers of shingles with wooden ones on the bottom, broken gutters and rotted wood all around. Our house is a steep 2 story home near a bunch of power lines and they worked on our house in 100 degree weather. They did an amazing job, the workers were as nice as can be, and I highly recommend them to anyone. A few days after they finished our roof we had a huge storm that flooded all parts of Terre Haute and we didn't have a single drop of water leak. We are super happy with our roof! Thanks!
