I was able to get an appointment 2 days before the day I needed, and then when the weather left me unable to be there at appointed time they rescheduled for the afternoon of the same day.

Eric was the tech that came to find out why the wiring from the furnace to the thermostat was so messed up. We had purchased a smart thermostat and couldn't get the wiring right even with the instructions. The manufacturer customer service got it temporarily running but knew something was still wrong and couldn't pin point the problem. We had it like that all winter but knew it still needed fixed. Eric was able to figure out whoever did the wiring at the house had mixed up the wiring somewhere from point A to point B. Looked like it was spliced and the blue wire turned into a green wire. He then hooked everything back up and it runs great for thr first time in months since we installed the smart thermostat. I am so thankful he found the problem quickly and didn't charge us anywhere near what an electrician would have. I would definitely recommend them and call them again.
