  Unsafe drivers. An employee driving a Pacific Tech Construction Inc truck sped reckless up Broadway in Everett just to cut in front me at a red light then proceed to drive aggressively with other cars while merging onto I5 South.

  Two of the guys who work here or own it or whatever hit my car with their big construction truck in the Bremerton winco parking lot with me standing right behind my car, and almost caused my car to roll back into me. And then when i said something they laughed at me and walked away.

  Each construction company is set up to meet specific clientele and safety requiments, I think Pactech has the least on the job accedents in the northwest?! Safest I've seen so far.
