  I ordered trusses from Menards midway in St. Paul 2 weeks prior. I lined up a framing crew and city inspections for my garage build. Menards called me at 9 pm on Thursday night to tell me my trusses won’t be delivered after begging and pleading with Menards I got nothing but an attitude- I googled local truss companies and called P&M I spoke with Nick and told him about my situation. Nick said the soonest they would be able to do it would be by Monday. 15minutes later nick called me back and said he’d help me out and have his guys manufacture the 18trusses by end of today and have it delivered for me on Saturday morning -not only did they over deliver and hit the customer service out the ball park. These guys came to the rescue for me in a bad situation. Not to mention their pricing is better than Menards. Thanks P&M truss!
