  I called P&G at the beginning of December and was told that someone would be out either that Friday or Monday. I would be left or sent an estimate. Never heard anything, and figuring that the holidays were busy, I waited until after Christmas to follow up. I called to see if the estimate info was on file, but was told someone would check and call me back in about an hour. I never heard back. The lack of communication and commitment to show/call when promised makes me concerned about having this company do any work on my home.
