  Stay far AWAY! This guy will “Bait & Switch “! I hired him to replace my entire roof and he stripped it down to the decking and sent me an invoice that more than doubled the price and told me if I don’t agree he will leave it like that! It’s a Million Dollar home he threatened to leave exposed if I didn’t pay him! Also he did not get the proper permits so I had to file a complaint with NMRLD they forced him to get the permit He never completed the job there was roofing debri all over my yard and neighborhood He also failed to pay for the dumpster he ordered and stiffed them as well. On top of it all he put a lie on my property so I am now pursuing this in court ! Don’t make the same mistake I made and avoid this guy!

  I hired Over The Top Roofing to fix a few leaks over our foyer and covered patio. They were very professional over the phone and in person. They communicated well and kept the appointments we set up for the estimate and to do the work. The owner, Larry, was very patient and thorough in explaining the whole process. They did an amazing job! It has not leaked at all! Yay! I highly recommend them and have actually hired them to fix my aunties roof as well:)

  I was quite happy with the work preformed by Larry and Over the Top Roofing and I recommend them to everyone I know. This was a new pitch roof with shingles on a 3,000 square foot home. Larry was able to get us a competitive quote and did the job in the allotted time. The workers were polite and professional, they cleaned their area and the new roof looks beautiful. Highly satisfied with skills & knowledge.
