  I had Ricki and his coworker out to fix my kitchen flooring after water damage warranted replacement. They were able to finish about half the floor before we ran out of materials, which I accept fault for as I was the one who ordered all materials. However, upon purchasing and receiving more flooring, Ricki has not responded to any attempt I've made to contact him to finish the job. Thankfully I didn't pay any labor in advance, but over a month later I'm still left with an unfinished kitchen.
