  This is the second roof I've put on my house and I made sure to do it better this time! I contacted 9 roofing companies for bids. Otis Joiner was the first to return my call and the first to send someone out. Eric was right on time (as were the rest of the employees once the job began.) He listened to all my concerns, went up on the roof (believe it or not, only 6 of the 9 even bothered to get on the roof!) and gave me a written bid right then, which also turned out to be the best price for the value of the materials and warranties. No hard sell, but Tasha was very responsive to additional questions I had while researching and comparing the bids and companies. She helped me pick out a shingle color that I am SO pleased with! We maintained excellent communication while I rushed to get my financing in time to have all the work done before my Homeowner's insurance expired. They were very flexible about my timeline and followed through on everything - from completely cleaning my yard every single night (with 3 large dogs this was a big deal to me) to completing the Wind Mitigation Inspection and e-mailing it to me immediately upon completion of the job. I'll be using them again in 25 years for another new roof!!!

  Recently had a roof repair completed after receiving a couple of quotes. It made me realize how many companies out there can rip you off. Otis Joiner Roofing gave me a great price along with great work! They also completed the work in an extremely timely manner considering it's a busy time in roofing. I appreciated the professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended for any of your roofing needs.
