  My community's HOA used Oscar construction for re-roofing our section of townhouses. They had to come back out to my town home a month after the roofing work had been completed b/c water damage showed up on my bedroom ceiling after a few days of substantial rain. I wish i had gotten the name of the gentleman who came out the first time (may have been Oscar himself), but even after seeing the water spots for himself this gentleman tried to convince me that the water damage wasn't coming from the roof. My bedroom is at the top of the house (there's no where else the water could be coming from) and since the roof was fixed this second time - there have been no further leaks! Oscar construction made an appointment to come back to my house the next week to "take a closer look", but were 40 minutes over the window of time they provided so we had to reschedule a 3rd visit to my house. On the 3rd visit the issues with the actual roof were addressed and i was actually pretty impressed with the work done to address the water damage on my ceiling. They sanded the drywall and gave my ceiling a fresh coat of paint and let me know when the job was finally finished. I had specifically asked when they started bringing paint supplies in if they were going to cover up my bedroom furniture so there was no chance of drippage or paint spillage on my things. I was assured they would, buuuut these pictures say otherwise... No one mentioned damage had been done to my property, i was left to discovered it 5 days later. It has been nothing but issues with Oscar Construction since day one so if you're looking for cheap labor and you don't mind a company that cuts corners and doesn't take responsibility for themselves than by all means go with Oscar Construction. Otherwise steer clear of this company.
