  An ice dam slid off my roof crushing a layer of glass in my 2-pane sunroof panels. I was terrified that the whole window was going to come crashing in. I called Damian and he and his father, Omar, came out immediately and did a quick fix to make certain my windows would not collapse or leak until the new windows could be fabricated. Damian made recommendations for dealing with several other potential problems that were thoughtful and logical. Their charges were fair, and their demeanor left me feeling great comfort in having them take care of my problems. These are the kind of people you want to deal with when you have a problem.
