  I used Optimum Roofing to replace the roof and gutters for my personal home and am now beginning with them for my rental properties, as well. And I must say, I have a new measure of excellence for the roofing industry! Jordan was my contact and project manager from start to finish. He was quick to come out, assess damage, and provide me with all the documentation and photos to support my insurance claim(which got approved immediately!) He personally came out and helped me select my roofing product and took his time to explain the materials, etc. And he even was quick to respond to my follow up questions/needs and ensure I was supported to the end. Can't say enough (good) about Optimum Roofing (and Jordan!) in terms of quality product and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making easeful what could have been stressful A++++

  Optimum Roofing did a great job. The whole team work together well, did a clean and neat job, and went out of their way to help with insurance issues. Pleasant experience from start to finish.
