  We have had Opperman Development work on multiple projects at our home. One was adding a door to the outside structure and just this week they were here fixing our roof. Mike and his team were punctual, work in a timely manner, were professional, and communicated well. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew for any job!

  Terrible billing system. No itemization at all. Very vague. Been disputing a bill that was double billed for three to four months, and also being billed for items now in which work was completed in December of 2018. Contractor refuses to complete items that need repair, one a safety hazard. Contractor also refuses to get our central air completed until we pay the bill in full. I would NEVER recommend this contractor to anyone.
