  I received fantastic customer service from Ontario Exteriors. I requested an estimate and Bill Burton came over the next day and emailed the estimate breakdown that afternoon. It was fair and reasonable and my dealing with Bill gave me the confidence that he was a very fair and honest businessman. I can't thank him enough.

  Bill Burton came to our house to give us a quote and we immediately felt confident that we would have them do our roof. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not pressure us in any way. He had all of the samples, information about the materials and even a certificate of liability insurance. When Danial showed up with his crew to drop off some equipment we instantly hit it off. They were very personable and friendly...we couldn’t wait for them to get started. They arrived the next day around 7:00 am, removed the upper section of our roof down to the wood, they had it reroofed and cleaned up by noon before the rain. That was a Friday, they arrived back on Monday at 7:00 am and finish the rest of the roof around 7:00 pm. There wasn’t a piece of debris anywhere. These guys were amazing. We couldn’t of asked for a better bunch of guys. Thank you for taking such good care of us. The Watlack’s
