  We contacted Onit to come out and inspect a roof on a property we’re buying and Josh gave us a very detailed report. Explained the issues he deemed needed attention first and gave us 2 separate quotes. To either repair or replace. We did look at other companies and got several quotes. We decided on replacing with them due to their high ratings. He helped us narrow down the color of shingle and scheduled us within a weeks time. His crew showed up bright & early removed old roof, the rotten plywood, sealed the bottoms of the vents, replaced a few boots and did a bit of paint where they deemed fit. And had a brand new roof in half a day! Through it all he kept in touch with messages, pictures, updates. These guys know their stuff and just like their name states they are really ONIT! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact we are now going to be getting gutters from them. Exemplary business!

  Outstanding customer service, excellent communication through the entire project. Great explanation of what needed to be done and why. Drone photos showing us detailed views of the areas to be worked. Good selection of product to choose from. Prompt, efficient installation on the day of replacement. Would recommend these guys to anyone, it was a positive experience all the way around.

  When we had to replace our roof we got multiple quotes. Not only was Onit Roffing's quote the best value but it was also the most professional, they showed us exactly what they would fix using drone pictures of our roof. We were able to get the roof redone within the week which was awesome. Josh was really responsive and personable!
