Denny Thomas of One Time Construction came out and assessed the wind damage on metal trim pieces and a corner vinyl siding piece. He made sure the replacement pieces were as close to the original as possible. Denny is very professional, extremely through, quality orientated, communicates throughout the process and is timely. The repairs are perfect and done very well. I would recommend One Time and Denny to anyone who is looking for exterior repairs or improvements. Excellent experience!

We contacted Will at One Time Construction after storm damage to our roof. After inspecting the damage he recommended the best products that should be used and helped with color selection of shingles. The roofing crew was hard working, organized, all around professional. We would use this company again and would recommend to everyone that need any services provided by One Time Construction.

A couple of weeks ago we had some extremely strong winds come through our area that pulled up some some siding on the 2nd floor of our home. This was a quick job that no one in the area was interested in taking, or businesses that I called could not be reached. Thankfully, I called "One Time Construction Inc." and got a live person on the phone who promised that someone would be in touch with me shortly to address my needs. Denny Thomas reached out to me, told me that he would be out the next morning to take care of my issue, and took care of the loose siding. He was very professional, courteous and extremely reasonable with his pricing. I would highly recommend this company (and Dennis) as they ensured that my concerns were addressed as soon as possible, and the repair to my home was done quickly and correctly.
