  These guys are amazing. Took our dingy old cedar siding off and got us all spiffed up. We were lucky enough to sign on right before Covid hit, so our project got really interesting. Even with all the challenges over the last year, supply chain issues and overall shortage of labor and everything else, we got all new siding, gutters, and a beautiful new roof. I can't say enough good things, but most importantly, Nick and his team were honest, trustworthy, and truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a beautiful new exterior!!!

  My wife and I had put a lot of time trying to figure out a contractor that we could trust to put a deck on our new home. We had used Nick and his team in the past with great experiences, but never something this large. With that said, we called him again for a quote on a maintenance free deck w/stairs. He was very transparent about the pricing and that most people get sticker shock when receiving his bid. I can confirm, it's not cheap. Fortunately I went in knowing it likely won't be cheap and set my numbers very high so when his bid came in, I was prepared. We accepted the bid and scheduled to get the deck started as soon as the permit & association approved. Nick's team was able to get the deck completed within a week and they were nothing but professional throughout the process. The city inspector came in and nitpicked a few things, but it was all very minor and Nick was more than willing to come out and remediate the findings. The only issue we had was with stair lighting. This was something that we did not budget for and was not part of the bid. Unfortunately the city inspector would not sign off until they were light (with a minimum of moonlight). I worked with Nick and we came to a compromise where I bought the lights and his team installed them shortly after. Overall I had a great experience with Nick and I would recommend anyone to use them for their construction needs.

  Nick and his crew designed and rebuilt our 20 year old deck. He worked with us on our budget and timeliness to get it accomplished. He is a very experienced quality builder. Used quality materials, great to work with and was punctual in getting it accomplished. Cleaned up and disposed of materials everyday. Highly recommend Olson construction. We are very happy and will use his company for future needs
