Did a fantastic job. Protected all wife's plants. Cleaned up everything. Eleven went over the yard with a magnet to get nails that fell through. Roof and gutters look great. I 50+ years ago use to work with my dad roofing. So I know a little about the business. This company and their crew I would put up against anyone. Wayne our salesman went way above and beyond. Went up on the roof to inspect the hail damage . Even after the insurance adjuster did. Came back and helped us with getting the three garage door replaced. (The insurance company was only going to replace some of the panels) also he on completion of the job went up on the roof and painted our vents black to match the new roof. Sure beats the look of white pipes. To tell you what kind of guy he is. When he stopped by to get the final payment. He helped put up our 12ft. Christmas tree. To the owner of olde town roofing. You better keep this guy. One great sales person. I would rank this company and their crews on a scale of 1 to 10. I would give them an 11. Be happy to talk to anyone about Olde Town.

We had our siding done and are happy with the results. The crew was hard working and did a very good job. Our main point of contact was Wayne and I appreciate the time he took with us to make sure we got what we wanted. No pressure put to go with his visions but more of just helping us decide what we wanted. He communicated well and for that I am very appreciative .”

They are replacing the roof next to my house. They are literally just throwing shingles off the roof, and directly onto my property. There are nails, shingles, and trash everywhere. The manager I talked was rude and acted like it was no big deal. Apparently this is how they normally replace a roof, with no concern for safety and or other people’s property. The picture below is my property. They did pick up the shingles, but there are nails everywhere. Now I have to worry about kids stepping on nails. They said they rolled the yard with a magnet, yet I have picked up handfuls of nails. I would never use them.
Response from the owner
Unfortunately tearing off a roof is not a clean process, getting shingles on the neighbors property was not intentional, but unfortunately when houses are this close together, it does happen. We cleaned up the shingles, the nails, and any trash that was on the customers property and the neighbors property. The roofers cleaned up, the sales person then walked for debris, then our safety coordinator also went back out 2 days later and checked for debris and rolled with a magnet again. Of the 300 plus roofs we did this year, we have not ran into a problem like this, we apologize and will make sure we don’t let this happen again. file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/7a/10/A05422C4-B354-4B85-8FD1-8A129869614B/kw86l18wjpycllke.jpeg
