I had a storm roll through & total my roof. I called Colt Mathis, explained that I would need to have this done but that I was very busy with other areas of my life & that it would likely be several months before I could get my side of this handled. He came out, assured me that 100% of insurance adjustors would consider the roof a total loss, made a few patch repairs for me to hold me over, and then didn't bother me at all about it. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushing me to make a quick buck, understood the constraints on my time, and would just follow up every month or two with gentle & friendly reminders.

Another great part of my experience was that he provided literally everything I needed in order to get my claim submitted... Everything! The storm date, type of roof, etc. All I had to do was login to my insurance, and fill in the fields with the info he provided. I can't imagine this having been any easier.

The service didn't stop there. Once the insurance has issued the first check, he also walked me through each phase of the process - even including getting the check endorsed by my lender. He knew which department I needed to speak with, and exactly what I needed to say to them. This, too, was incredibly convenient & saved me time.

When I signed the contract & chose the colors, he sat down with me & walked me through each payment that would be made. I told him at that time that I would probably need reminders because I have a lot of moving pieces in my life. He understood, and then at each step never minded me asking what was next.

I called a few weeks after signing the contract because I realized I hadn't upgraded my shingles... He was able to, on that phone call, tell me what my out of pocket cost would be to upgrade, and upon my verbal acceptance he immediately made the necessary changes.

The crew came out & did a fantastic job. The roof looks great, I'm extremely happy with it. We even had to reschedule due to an issue on my part & they were able to bump me to the following week. The quality guy did a great job too, he came back after the crew was done to run a magnet one more time... And he did find a few extra nails that had been missed.

I can't say enough about how great this experience has been. I don't mean to oversell, but there are so many shady roofers out there... 10 out if 10, I will use Old Pro again, and would recommend to anyone & everyone.

I replaced our roof with old pro roofing and the crew did an excellent work! I had a shingle roof and having been built in the 80's it was time for some TLC. We wanted to do this preventatively since the roof was quite old. My garage was a different story; it had to completely be redone. We called their office helped us to schedule a meeting with one of their project managers Brent. After having had a recurring roofing problem supposedly "fixed" 3 times within the last year, I finally contacted Old Pro Roofing for a complete re-roofing. Our work was originally scheduled for over a month out, but when the forecast began predicting possible rain. They returned my call within 24 hrs and were able come over to give me an estimate that same week for our re-roof and metal standing seam installation. They re-arranged the timing to get us in before the rain came and help us prevent further damage to the house.

I called and spoke to Seth, and set an appointment for him to evaluate the overall condition of the roof and look into a leak above a second story bedroom. Professional work and job was done fast. Tile roofs only last as long as the underlayment. I was looking for a roofing company that could provide me with a re-roofing of concrete tile roof with an underlayment that would last a long time. Our roof was in very poor shape when we made our final decision to hire Old Pro roofing to reroof our entire home in February of 2020. They replaced our entire roof (including ripping off many, many layers of old shingle and replacing all of the plywood), and it only took about 1 1/2 days. The Old Pro representative was outstanding.  He asked for some basic information, contacted the insurance adjustor and handled the job in a very professional manner.  I had recommended Old Pro Roofing (Randy Galloway's favorite roofing company) to my daughter.  She use them but was very worried about her flower beds, expecting a disaster when they left.  To her surprise, not a leaf was damaged.  These guys are good!

Old Pro did beautiful job on roofing, carpentry and painting our home. It was excellent work. The roofers were very careful with our plantings around the house. We now have reflective material under the shingles, updated ridge vents, old circular vents removed, bathroom vent pipes that blend in with our roof and nicer flashing around the chimney.  The carpenters repaired and updated some long standing issues areas on our front and back porches that we thought could never be fixed. Their problem solving skills were amazing. The painting crew did a complete caulking job, protected our windows and porches with coverings and, importantly, hand brushed the entire outside. All the crews were very polite and efficient and did top-notch clean up. We highly recommend Old Pro for any house hold maintenance or remodeling you may need or want.

Had some hail damage last year and needed my roof replaced and some other minor repairs.  I obtained multiple bids and Mike Bransom with Old Pro was a huge help and the contractors they brought in did a great job for the best value.  If I have to do this again anytime soon Old Pro will be my first call.

My husband and I have a large shopping center that was in desperate need of a new roof. I would be up all night worrying about multiple leaks every time it stormed.
