  We were very impressed with Ochoa Roofing Co. and the work they did to repair our roof. We have a barrel-tile Spanish roof, that had become impacted by weather over the years and was in need of maintenance and repairs to fortify it and avoid the need for major repairs or replacement later. Adolfo, the supervisor for our area, did a thorough inspection and provided photos of many areas that needed to be addressed, of which we were not aware. He provided a detailed estimate, then Covid happened, and we stayed in another state during that time. When we returned, we contacted Adolfo, and upon re-inspection, he honored the original price estimate, plus he agreed to take care of new areas that needed to be addressed. After completing the work , Adolfo followed up the same day, and provided our receipt and photos to show the work that had been done. It was clear and reassuring to have proof of what was done, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done, and the full process from start to finish. We rate Nick Ochoa Roofing highly and most especially Adolfo for his professionalism, his customer service skills, the fact that he communicated and followed through in a very timely manner, to supervise his team to get the work done in a high quality manner that will last. The Bostic’s in Lake Shore Harbour .
