  I placed a order and told them exactly what i needed multiple times. The customer i was doing a metal building for also called them multiple times and told them exactly what we wanted. I go to pick up the supplies and they did not give my customer what i needed or what they had asked for so we tried to return the items. They were very rude calling me names and refused to refund my customer. Made inappropriate coments to my customer also to his wife. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have alot of jobs i do business for using them but after this i will never get my materials from here again. I cannot belive the comments they made about me to my sustomer to his wife and to my face. They just lost thousands of dollars of business i was going to bring there way.

  They were extremely unprofessional when they were the ones who didn't listen to the customers needs It was discusting to see the true colors of that staff at OBR guess what buddy your not the only metal yard out there and you dont know everything. I will never recommend going to this place for anything. a mi familia latina ni siquiera me molestaría, no parecía gustarle el color de la piel
