  Willies built this house many years ago in Warsaw IN. They installed an oversized drain vent from the lower level bathroom through the upstairs bathroom wall. In order to make the drywall fit, they chopped out a 5 inch x 8 foot section of the drywall in the upstairs bathroom. I discovered what they had done when I took down the 3 foot x 4 foot mirror above the vanity which I intended to replace with a medicine cabinet since this house had none in the upstairs bath. I called Willies and asked them to come and FIX the problem. The. Person I spoke with told me that since I was remodeling the bathroom it wasn't their problem and refused to make the repair. There are other issues I had to deal with, like when I replaced the electric furnace replaced with a gas furnace. The gas furnace installer told me that Willies had used aluminum wire from the load center to the electric furnace and did not use lugs on the ends of the wires where it connects to the furnace, consequently there had been a fire inside the electric furnace.

  They do not back what they build. We drove to the corporate office to see about getting one of my kitchen drawers repaired. Because nobody else can help us. Willies cabinets and drawers are all odd size. We get here and everything is boarded up and the phone number has been disconnected. I am livid!
