  In February 2020 I had my shake roof replaced called Nu shake they gave me a good quote I had a a lot of choices in color for the new roof the men working on my house very kind plus understanding did all the cleaning in the yard

  Been trying for a month plus to have the supervisor call back about work they did and there's a leak in the area that they worked. They won't call back. They just keep taking messages that they will let him know. Reply: No Mark hasn't called me. The purpose of that work was to prevent any. Why would I pay when I already had to go up and do it. No other neighbor has this issue. It should have been repaired to match the other houses in my court.

  HI There Mark said he spoke with you, he is a supervisor. the work was repair only and needs to have regular maintenance done due to debris build up

  They charge me $800 in case of dry rot, I spoke to the roofers and they told me there was very little if any dry rot. I asked Cecil to explain the $800 I paid. He said that he would talk to thr roofers and get back in touch with me, he never did, I guess he wasn't man to explane to me why I was charged $800 . Very very unprofessional. If any of my friends or family are looking to roof their house I will definitely tell them about the service I received.

  Cecil did a job walk with you to my understanding and explained exactly what the charges were for, the tear off crew does the wood work, not the roofers. So the roofer would not know what was done. Dry rotted wood is unknown to us at the time of estimation of roofing only what we can see from outside
