  Very pleased with our inspection. Answered every question without hesitation. Quickly repaired minor problems. Will definitely have them return for fixing other issues! Honest, friendly and very reasonably priced!

  When the Nunez Roofing representative came out to estimate our roof repair job, he left our back gate open and our dog got out of the yard. Thankfully, we finally found her after a lengthy search of the acreage behind our subdivision. When I called Nunez to complain, they did not even offer an apology for the technician’s carelessness. What terrible customer service! We canceled our appointment for repair work. Responding to owner’s reply: Thank you for your apology, but some of your statements are incorrect. I did return the call from your office manager, and the woman who answered the phone told me she would “relay my message.” Also, my husband was not with your estimator while he conducted his assessment, and the estimator did indeed leave our gate open. I would be surprised if the estimator was unaware that we have dogs since one of them was barking during his visit. So, while I appreciate your written apology, I would advise that in the future your representatives take care in closing backyard gates upon completion of their work.

  Geralyn, We apologize for the incident of your dog getting out and having to spend the time to find him. Our office manager did attempt to call you and apologize personally and it went straight to voicemail after you initially called. It is unfortunate to hear it was not addressed appropriately at the time of your call and we will work on improving that aspect of customer service. We do understand how important pets can be to our families and again we do apologize for how you may have felt. We would please advise that in the future you inform the receptionist and the representative that there is a dog, to assure extra precautions are taken. At time of the inspection our representative did not open a gate and during the appointment he was with your husband who did not mention there was a dog nor was it seen. If you would be willing to talk further to attempt to amend this incident and receive the kind and excellent service you deserve, please give us a call.
