  I had Northern Builders & Homes build me a home and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Jeff Peters the owner of Northern Builders & Homes is the person I dealt with. It was nothing but problems from start to finish. The most important thing I can tell you is if you choose to do business with Jeff Peters is be extremely aware of the word allowance in his contract it leaves him with the ability to overcharge you excessively and you have no recourse. On the home page of Northern Builders & Homes it says (MAKING DREAMS COME TRUE) The only dream that came true for me was to be done dealing with him. BEWARE

  I asked Jeff to check out my property, I was worried if I could even build a house on the small area that wasn't swamp. He said he could and I was all in. I have road on one side and what I would call a cliff on the other side. He worked wonders on my property. The neighbor across the road said he thought there would never be a house on my property... Jeff put a 1600 square foot house on that property!! I also waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to see if anything came up quality wise in the house... it is AWESOME! No problems here. I recommend him 100%

  Take my advice and stay far away from this builder. Jeff will turn your dream of building a house into a nightmare.
