  Thiago the owner was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. They deserve no less then 5 stars. Thiago warranties all his work and is very reliable. The employees were very friendly and completed the work in a timely manner (roof and gutters). I will never use anyone else and will shout NORTHEAST GUTTERS & Remodeling from my newly repaired ROOF TOP for all To hear !

  NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! If I could, I would give this place negative (-) 5 stars. About 7 months ago my wife and I contracted Northeast Gutters and Remodeling to fix the cause of some ceiling water damage. During the initial quote conversation they did not attempt to assess the damage via the attic. They did not even speak to my wife on the day or the repair who was home at the time. They simply slapped a ladder against the house, did “something,” then left and billed us without a single word. 6 months later (after resealing and painting the ceiling) the water damage reappeared in the exact same spot. When I called the company to have them come back to actually do the repair we paid for, they said they would call me back in a week to schedule time to come back out. It has now been over a month and no word from them. I ended up needing to get a different contractor to come out and repair the issue. Northeast Gutter should be ashamed of how it treats its customers.

  Thank you for your feedback Sir. As a small business owner is impossible to get it right 100% of the time. We DID NOT installed your roof , we did charged you our basic repair fee to replace a pipe boot near The Valley and that’s exactly what we did as it was described on the quote and the invoice. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem and that’s when we fail you communicate winter time is not really the best time to fix a valley almost 3 stories high with a pitch 12 roof. This is the main reason many roofers don’t mess with repairs. You basically need to guess what possible mistakes the original roofing crew had done there. We apologize for our faulty communication.
