Work started in April, multiple different project managers involved, mixed up communications between all the different people involved. Left with a skylight not in the agreed upon location nor working to it's best capability, damage done to stucco that was covered in white silicone, and a corner shingle that's being held on with white silicone. I want the job completed and not have to deal with them ever again. We are now half way into July and still trying to get everything resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future. Use at you own risk. Edit: To say I am NOT your customer is by far the lowest response I can imagine. I am the one who called Dylan and had him start with getting an estimate, dealt with all the project managers, emails, and so many phone calls to the poor girls in your office that they stopped asking for my address. Yes the contract is with my mother, but by no means dose that not mean I am Not a customer... I am the one paying you in the end. Second update 8/2/21: More scheduling issues and a no show on the last part of the job has led to a lack of trust in completion. Also as noted here is invoice as well showing I am infact a customer. Final update 8/18/21: Today Noland's sent a single person to correct the issues. The job is completed to their standard as I can assume. All I can say is make your own decision on who you hire, but if you do hire Noland's I strongly suggest video recording them working and be sure every conversation is documented.

Noland’s Roofing did a superior job for us. The attention to detail from start to finish was amazing. From Matt who came to give us an estimate (and helped on many ways) down to the last person who drove away were great to deal with. I never felt like “a number” with them. The office staff was amazing. They always got back to me. It was such a pleasant experience that I would recommend their services and rate them a #10 for sure!

Noland's impressed me from the first meeting with their affable and knowledgeable sales agent. Each step in the process was clearly communicated and professionally handled. On the day of installation, the crew were on time and focused on the job. Both the project and quality control managers stopped by during the day and again, once the project was completed. They also arranged for a wind mitigation report which reduced the premium on our homeowners insurance. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
