  You will not receive such wonderful customer service from any other roofing company! (Guaranteed--we have had 5 roof replacements over our years of home ownership). Our roof, which included special treatments, is gorgeous. ASK FOR NATHAN. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding everything to do with roofing materials & installation. He responded to every one of our requests effectively and efficiently. What a treasure in today's roof replacement environment! Trustworthy group!

  Feb 2021 DeLand - Installing an entirely new roof is a relatively daunting and expensive endeavor, not to be taken lightly. You have to interview at least three to five different companies, which can be a frustrating task. You have to worry about whether the person who comes to your house is genuinely interested in selling you what you need... or simply trying to sell you whatever they can get you to buy. The first two companies that came out were only interested in trying to figure out how we could make an insurance claim for hail damage that didn't exist.... one guy came out and gave us a relatively low estimate and seemed genuinely interested in helping us, but once we started asking a lot of questions he stopped responding to my emails. Then came Noland's. They were different from the others from the very beginning. Different in a great way. Professional, honest, responsive, trustworthy and reliable. We were visited by Nathan, who in hindsight was best thing that could have ever happened to us for getting things started. He listened to what we were asking for, inspected our roof, made recommendations, and put up with several months of indecisiveness over specifically what product we wanted installed, and delays due to some personal things going on with our family. He never imposed, but he did keep in touch asking if there was anything he could do to help us make a decision. We never felt like we were just trying to be sold something, rather we felt like he was just trying to help us make a practical decision. It was either late November or early December 2020 that we finally decided to pull the trigger and sign the contract. Nathan stayed in contact with us regularly from that point on, giving us updates as to the status of the permitting and when we could expect the job to begin... Once the work began, Robby, our project manager stayed in touch with me regularly throughout the several days it took to complete the job. He sent pictures of each phase of the job from tear down to completion. Thereafter we also had Noland's install new fascia and soffits, as well as new gutters and downspouts. I was amazed at how professional Nathan and Robby and their entire crew were throughout the entire job. There were no surprises, no disappointments, no lies. Everything I was told would happen, actually happened. There were no hidden costs, and no add-ons that were unreasonable. No one likes spending the kind of money we had to spend completely out-of-pocket to get a new roof (this wasn't an insurance job, it was just a roof that finally needed to be replaced). But after experiencing the job and the level of care provided by Nathan and Robby, writing the check didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would! Clearly, you can see that I highly recommend Noland's Roofing, and if you can get Nathan and Robby on your team, you'll have absolutely nothing to worry about.

  I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Nolands Roofing! I had the pleasure to work with ANDREW MILLER. He was very thorough. He treated my house like his own. He was always concerned about my familys comfort during repairs. He communicated/explained every detail of installing/repairs. It was a long process and such a headache waiting on permits but through it all Andrew stayed on top of everything and went above and beyond. It was worth it. My home looks like a brand new house. I am one happy customer and very pleased with the great service. Thank you Andrew and Nolands Roofing. 😊
