  My husband and I purchased Reynolds manufactured windows from Nixon Homes Improvement several years ago with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Since then we have had to call them to replace three of the windows...of course we had to pay a percentage to get the widows replaced. I now need to get two more windows replaced, all of this is due to sweating between the panes and we all know what is going to happen if not repaired ( rotten window sill). My problem is that I have called Nixon Home Improvement 3-4 times and no one will return my call. I am very frustrated with these people and would never do business with them nor recommend them to anyone.
