Amazing Amazing Amazing, I Have used NIR at 2 facilities I manage, I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a leak issue, We called another roofing company to come out and resolve the issue,, they charged us in access of $2500 and still we had the issue, after going back and forth with them, we decided to try NIR roof, They came out and within few minutes found the cause of the leak and billed us less than $1000, we were so impressed that we even signed a roof care plan with them. At a another facility I manage, I had NIR roof come out and resolve some leak issues we were also having, this is an older building so there were a number of issues, I must say 99% of the issues have been resolved, John T from NIR has come several times and is working with us to resolve this issue, Great Honest Company, John T is Amazing
