  NexGen did an amazing job from start to finish. We were with Jess, who was nothing but professional and kind the entire process. It was a smooth process, and she kept us up to date on everything. When they came to deliver our shingles the guys who did the delivery were also amazing- they explained to my daughter and all the neighborhood kids what they were doing and how it worked. Which was awesome because kids love watching this stuff. I realize it's a different company who does the delivery, but Nexgen uses them and it's awesome to know they too are very kind and honest people. The day of replacement they all showed up right when they said they would. Very polite, explained everything to me. All throughout the day they would have someone cleaning up the yard and checking for nails. It was nice to see that. The gentlemen in charge that day(I apologize I do not remember his name) filled me in and even showed me pictures from up top. They finished it all in one day, and did a great job cleaning up any left over debris. My roof now looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier. I know there are so many companies out there and it's hard to know who's truly trustworthy and who isn't. Especially when you can't tell if the review was legit or not. But I can confidently say that NexGen did everything to make the process of spending this much money very easy. Every person who represented this company was nice, honest and trustworthy. Even after I explained I've seen some bad contractors out there, and wanted to be extra careful on who we used. I never once felt like they were lying or scamming me. This is a true review that I am making all on my own and not once did anyone there ask me to make one. I felt we see too many negatives and hardly anyone reports the good-- so I'm here to report the good! Thanks again to Jess for helping us with everything and Nexgen for being so professional from start to finish.

  NexGen did a wonderful job from beginning to end. I could not be any more satisfied with the quality of materials or the Professionnel manner in which my roof was completed. It was done in a timely fashion and not one piece of evidence they were even there after it was finished, job well done y’all. My hat’s off to the guys and gals at NexGen, I highly recommend this company. Thanks for making the experience so easy!

  Tim and the team at NexGen assisted with our storm damaged home. From initial contact to final walkthrough and all the steps in-between, they were on top of communicating each step. They were able to secure insurance approval for our interior damage even though it was initially excluded by the insurance company. Highly impressed with the interior repairs and the care that was taken in making sure the surrounding area was clean of dust and debris every day while repairs were ongoing. The roof was replaced and the stucco replacement crew was amazing. They were professional and repaired the stucco better than it was initially installed by the builder of our home. Thanks NexGen for getting our home back to like new condition!!
