NewPro was amazing from start to finish. They replaced all 23 of our windows in one day! They were professional, polite and friendly throughout the whole process. They also left the house looking spotless once they were finished, which is impressive considering how many windows were replaced. I also appreciated the thorough process at the end of showing us how to operate and clean our windows. We would recommend NewPro to anyone and hope to work with them on more home projects in the future!

The crew came in and in two days they replaced our our bath/shower with a new one. The team was professional courteous and very clean. They disposed with all the old material and the new one is great.

Used Newpro for a wet area (bathroom) replacement. The installation occurred three months after the original estimated date (in July). We were happy with the finished product, but the caulking they used has shrunk and left gaps around the edges of the tub and the ceiling as well less than 6 months after the install (see pictures). After posting this review here, Newpro reached out to redo the caulking, and the installer was nice about it (despite some interrogation about our cleaning practices; we definitely aren't scrubbing the wall/ceiling crevices!). We appreciate the quick response from their social media team and hope we won't have any other issues, as the product has otherwise been satisfactory.
