  Cody Sing, however nice and pleasant to speak with, claims to have some OCD and attention to detail, but installed our shower tile with large gaps in the corners and the tile was not level, even though he used lasers for 'level' guide lines. This is just one of many issues that bubbled up as Cody spent more time on site. After reviewing the growing list of issues with him, he asked what we would like done about it. He then spent the day cleaning up his tools from the job site. I would not recommend him or his company at any cost. Not to mention my 3 week project turning out to be 3 months and unfinished...Cody Sing is just a con posing as a contractor.

  Doug , Sorry to hear that you feel this way and sorry that you cancelled your contract with us . We were willing to make any and all issues correct . I had to order more tile to correct the issues you didn't like and had to pull off site for a few days until we had the tile and could proceed , at which the majority of the tools cleaned up and removed where not needed or needed on another job site . We also needed an additional progress payment but you wanted a Profit & Loss breakdown on your job at which time I stated that wasn't something that we provide our clients with but since we had been friends and I needed to get the project completed I was willing to provide but you cancelled the remaining portion of the project the very next day . I do apologize the project took a longer than expected but there where delays on both ends with materials and material choices .

  I have known Cody for many years and he is great to work with on any kind of project! He is fair, honest, hard working and cares about his clients. We will continue to use him for future projects and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

  Very detail oriented. Knows construction. Has done many projects for us and left our home in better shape than when he started. Always under budget. He can do anything. We use him for all our projects.
