  I hired new start roofing for my mother in laws town home. Carlos the general manager came to do the estimate and walked us through the steps of the roof project. He was upfront with us about the estimate and the condition the current roof was in. We then hired New Start Roofing to start on the work for the roof. I have not seen for a while a company that goes beyond the scope of the work to make sure that everything comes out perfect. The smallest details that I did not notice, New Start Roofing would point them out to me and make sure it would be perfect before the final inspection. The owner Raysi was there with her employess from day one and on to make sure it all went well. I am very happy with the work and outcome of our roof project. It is not easy to find a reputable company in Miami that does outstanding work at a reasonable price.

  Exactly 14 days later...my parents have a gorgeous new metal roof! 🏡 💙 Between the company providing us with an estimate, applying for permits, delivery of material, removal of tile, first inspection, placement of first metal panels, second inspection, complete placement of metal panels and final inspection...the process was seamless. 👍🏻 The workers were professional and they even maintained the area clean and tidy as they worked. 🧹 I highly recommend them. The price was unbeatable in comparison to other companies and the quality of the product is the best.
