We live a far distance from Grants which was discussed before the young man came out to do the estimate. First off he didn't follow the specific directions and got lost. When he came he seemed very professional. He convinced us to do the house, garage and the barn. He made us believe he would be working with the insurance company to get us the most money. He didn't sent the bid to the adjuster as promised. The bid he sent to me showed only the $ amount. There was no breakdown of the costs. I asked for this information to be sent to me but we still have not received anything from them, not even a call to say they aren't interested in doing the job.

Very pleased with their exceptional customer service. They came and assessed my roof, offered various options for payment and were thorough with their expertise on what was the best option based on my budget, they were not pushy and allowed me time to shop around and get the best estimate.

Hi, I would like to thank Nikki and their staff for fixing up and updating my roof. I know things tend to come up like traffic etc., but they made it on time, very courteous to my needs and gotten the job done. I would recommend them to anyone out here in New Mexico. I was very happy with the quality of workmanship that New Mexico Roofing Professionals did on our home. The crew arrived on time, finished the job in one day, and left the premises tidy. I would recommend them for any residential or commercial roofing project.

New Mexico Roofing Professionals did a wonderful job, they came out gave an estimate and was able to get me a full reroof without me having to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

Simply a disaster. We hired them to re-roof our 5000 square-foot home in 2018.   I didn’t realize that the owner of the company had only been licensed to roof houses since November 2017. Extremely inexperienced.    Christian’s calling card was getting insurance companies to pay for hail damage. It sounded Enticing, except that using them caused more problems then we started with.

Christian could/would not control or direct his hotheaded foreman or crew.   The crew was extremely brutal in removing the existing foam roof from our house, and they smashed into our skylights, breaking the plaster interiors in most of them.  The owner refused to repair this damage.

Also, the crew ripped up the entire foam roof from our new addition and this was not part of the scope of work.. In doing so, they destroyed all of the electrical wiring underneath the foam.  The owner got his brother-in-law electrician to repair the damage.     Unfortunately, the power lines for the air-conditioning and our entertainment center had been permanently destroyed, leaving several circuit breakers abandoned on our panel and no power to our air-conditioning unit.

Also,  once they had improperly ripped up the good foam roof, they installed TPO but failed to install crickets or  create any slope on the new addition whatsoever.  Previously, the foam had a slope which drained to all of the scuppers.   These guys left the roof completely flat so that rain water created a huge pool until it evaporated.

They broke our kitchen skylight and refuse to replace it.

They installed new scuppers throughout the house, but most of them were improperly done, meaning water leaked down in the wall space, damaging plaster in three different rooms. There were also leaks on our back porch through  improperly sealed lighting boxes and in our billiard room add air conditioning vents that were also improperly sealed..  They refused to repair the plaster damage to the interior of the house, the scuppers or the other leaks.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars repairing the scuppers and other leaks and shoring up the shoddy work that they did on numerous penetrations into the roof.   It will cost several thousand dollars to install new power / conduit to the non-functioning air-conditioning unit.

New Mexico roofing professionals refused to finish their work or repair the damage that they caused.    Instead, they simply stopped responding to my calls.   I cannot tell you how much I regret using them.

Awesome job New Mexico Roofing professional's provided me with an amazing new shingle color roof and a great deal! I highly recommend them and I myself have over 40 years of construction experience and I salute them.
