Mr. Vasques was recommended by a trusted Albuquerque contractor. After meeting with Mr. Carlos Vasques in October 2021, we decided on a new shingle roof installation with new seamless gutters and replacement of worn and damaged soffit. Mr. Vasques was always punctual, respectful and answered all our questions and offered detail and explanation that helped us understand the work he would complete. Mr. Vasques responded to our phone calls or texts within a reasonable time frame always informing us about the status of the job. Mr. Vasques provided a printed estimate and stuck to all our contractual agreements and timeframe. There were no surprise costs and his work is top notch! Several professionals who viewed his finished work were impressed with his attention to detail, stating not many roofers complete the task so well. We feel confident in the work completed and the warente. Since then, we have recommended New Mexico Roof Experts to our family and friends and they are equally pleased with his work. An important note, his pricing was fair. We highly recommend NM Roof Experts.

NM roof experts is the best. Carlos is one of the most honest and professional people I have ever worked with in regards to my home. He was upfront with everything, and did exactly what he said. Work was done quickly and was excellent. His communication throughout the process was outstanding as well. After trying to work with a lot of other "experts" I was lucky to find this company. Was a great and easy experience.
