New Image is first class the whole way. From inspection all the way through to the install and cleanup. They understand the insurance process, are willing to educate you about all things roofing (if you’re interested) and were incredibly easy to work with. The team that came day of to do our roof was on time, professional and wow did they work efficiently. The cleanup was also a highlight - went above and beyond and found nearly every nail (fingers crossed!) that could’ve been left behind. If you’re wondering If you need a new roof give New Image a call and they’ll shoot you straight.

It has been a little over 2yrs since I made my claim, lets just say I wasn’t in “Good hands”, with my insurance company. Marty has worked with me from day one to get my roof issue resolved. He was always responsive to any questions I had, and prompt to get me information regarding the process. Very professional and helpful. I can honestly say, New Image Roofs, has done a perfect job from beginning to end.

Marty assisted in making a claim after inspection of roof damage and having hall tracking weather report on phone.Scheduled the work quickly. Work was done in a day. Material installed better than.code. Landmark CertainTeed Moire Black roof tile. Crew exceptional in work done. Meticulous ckeaning afterwards. Super impressed by a great roof install. Highly recommended.
